Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take? Every tee is made to order especially for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for printing and dispatch, plus delivery time:
- UK: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Worldwide: 7–14 business days
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free standard shipping on all UK orders. International shipping rates are shown at checkout.
Will I get a tracking number? Yes — you'll receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.
The Product
What are the tees made from? We use the Bella+Canvas 3001 — 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. One of the softest blanks available. Pre-shrunk, lightweight, and built to last.
Will it shrink in the wash? Minimal shrinkage — the fabric is pre-shrunk. Wash at 30°C inside out to keep the print sharp and colours fresh.
How does the sizing come up? True to size with a modern unisex fit. If you prefer a relaxed fit, size up. Check our size guide before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order? As every item is printed to order especially for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
What if my order arrives faulty? If your item arrives with a print fault, damage, or defect, contact us within 14 days at hello.unretired@gmail.com with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, no quibble.
What if I ordered the wrong size? Unfortunately we can't exchange for sizing as each item is made to order. We'd recommend checking our size guide before purchasing.
